Manufacturing Process Engineer (Weekend Shifts) - London (Greenwich) | £55-60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits About the Role We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to help shape the future of assembly processes. In this role, you'll design and implement lean improvements that make production safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Create lean process improvements for tools, equipment, and assembly methods<br />Deliver Change: Manage projects from concept to handover, keeping efficiency and timelines on track<br />Validate &amp; Test: Ensure new tooling and processes are reliable and compliant before production<br />Keep it Safe:

Lead PUWER assessments, risk analysis, and safety compliance<br />Collaborate: Partner with R&amp;D, training schools, and wider teams to support innovation and development<br />Measure &amp; Monitor:

Define KPIs, track progress, and ensure budgets and quality targets are met Please note this role is working Weekend Day Shifts, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Total of 33 working hours per week.

What we're looking for A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related Engineering field<br />Hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical environments<br />Knowledge of ISO9001/TL9000, Lean, Six Sigma, and regulated industries<br />A methodical problem-solver with excellent organisational skills<br />Willingness to learn systems such as SAP and sDMS
