At ComForCare Home Care in Towson, we’re hiring a Marketing & Community Liaison who is ready to bring energy, confidence, and strategy into the community—and turn connections into real impact.
This is not a desk-bound marketing role.
This is boots-on-the-ground visibility, relationship building, and meaningful community engagement that directly fuels care for families who need it.

• You’ll drive visibility, relationships, and referrals across the community.
• Develop and execute community outreach and marketing initiatives
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and referral partners
• Represent ComForCare at networking events, meetings, and community programs
• Track outreach activity, referrals, and growth metrics
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach
• Proven success building referral pipelines and growing brand presence
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
