Co-Pilot Trainer 20 hours a week

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and office hours for employees across different business functions.
• Train users on Microsoft 365 applications, including:
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Outlook
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Forms
• Planner and related Microsoft 365 services
• Deliver practical Microsoft 365 Copilot training tailored to different job roles and business scenarios.
• Demonstrate real-world use cases and workflows that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Adapt training content for various audience types, from end users to managers and business leaders.
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials,
• Develop role-based learning paths and scenario-driven training content.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect product enhancements and organizational priorities.
• Support user adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Promote best practices that encourage effective and responsible use of Microsoft technologies.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, polls, feedback sessions, and usage insights.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and improve user experience.
• Share success stories and productivity improvements resulting from training programs.
• Independently plan, schedule, and manage training sessions and learning events.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand training requirements.
• Develop processes that enhance the end-user experience for the products listed above and drive innovation across these areas.
• Collect participant feedback and continuously improve learning programs.
• Work closely with Microsoft 365 administrators, engineers, and support teams to address questions, clarify technical topics, and ensure training accuracy.
