PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant

Overview:

• Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, legacy system/data mapping, third-party interfaces, and end-to-end system integration testing. Experience working with Texas State Agencies or other public-sector organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and business analysis activities for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify system/process gaps.
• Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy systems, and third-party interface systems.
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing, including third-party interfaces.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and functional specifications.
• Support user training and related implementation activities.
• Collaborate effectively with a large distributed/remote project team.
• Participate in project meetings, issue resolution, and other project activities as required.
• Provide support during various project phases, including occasional off-hours work when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience specifically supporting Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts.
• 8+ years of experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Teams in a large team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with large remote/distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years working with a public-sector organization at the Federal, State, or Local Government level.
• 2+ years working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint.
• 1+ year of experience with Jira.
• 1+ year of experience working within the Scrum framework.
• 1+ year of experience working with STAT.
