We deliver 24/7 wraparound support to children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of transition or uncertainty. Our focus is always on safety, emotional wellbeing, and helping young people move forward with confidence.

The Role
Each shift brings something new, but your impact is constant. Youâll be:
- Providing safe, trauma-informed care
- Creating structure, routine, and a calm environment
- Supporting education, independence, and life skills
- Preparing meals and promoting healthy daily habits
- Ensuring young people feel heard, respected, and valued
- Attending appointments and community activities
- Transporting young people using your own vehicle when required
- Helping them transition positively into their next placement or future pathway
What Youâll Need
â Experience supporting children or young people (voluntary or paid)
â A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
â Emotional resilience, empathy, and patience
â Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
â Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
A Level 3 qualification in Childrenâs Residential Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rates:
ÂŁ17.50ph - ÂŁ24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday pay)
ÂŁ20.00ph - ÂŁ28.00ph Umbrella Rate
