Job Description

🌈 Change a Life. Shape a Future. Become a Children’s Support Worker with Paragon Social Care!

Do you want a career that actually matters? One where every shift has the power to change a young person’s life?
At Paragon Social Care, that’s not a slogan — it’s what we do every day.

We’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our exceptional team of Children’s Support Workers. Whether you’re experienced in care or ready to step into a deeply rewarding new challenge, this is your opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

Who We Are

Our vision is simple but powerful: “Excellence Through Understanding.”

We provide 24/7 wraparound support for children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of uncertainty and transition. Our focus is on creating safe, nurturing, and stable environments while helping young people prepare for their next chapter.

Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and hopeful — and you can be the person who makes that happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are ever the same, but you’ll be:

  • Providing trauma-informed, compassionate care
  • Building trusting relationships and positive daily routines
  • Supporting education, life skills, and independence
  • Preparing meals and encouraging healthy lifestyles
  • Advocating for young people and ensuring their voices are heard
  • Supporting medical appointments and community activities
  • Transporting young people using your own vehicle when required
  • Helping them move forward with confidence and belief in themselves

Why Paragon?

Because this isn’t “just a job.”
It’s a chance to be the steady adult, the safe space, the reason a young person believes in their future again.

If you bring the passion, we’ll give you the training, support, and opportunities to thrive.

👉 Apply today and become the difference in a child’s story.
