Job Description
Own and manage the roadmap, enhancement priorities, and ongoing performance of one or more Haworth digital products, applications, or customer-facing platforms. Leverage deep knowledge of digital product management practices, user needs, analytics, and business objectives to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and improve customer experience. Independently lead product initiatives from discovery through implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Serve as a subject matter resource within the function and provide guidance on digital product best practices, prioritization, and execution.

responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Own Product Roadmaps and Prioritization
- Develop, maintain, and execute product roadmaps and backlogs for assigned digital products or platforms.
- Evaluate competing priorities and make recommendations based on business value, customer impact, technical complexity, and resource considerations.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead Product Initiatives
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives through discovery, planning, design, testing, launch, and optimization.
- Coordinate efforts across business, technology, design, analytics, and vendor teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations to support successful product delivery.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and objectives.
Analyze Customer Needs and Business Opportunities
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, user research, and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct analysis to understand customer behavior, performance trends, and product effectiveness.
- Develop recommendations that improve both customer outcomes and business performance.
- Apply industry best practices and market knowledge to support product decisions.
Solve Complex Business Problems
- Evaluate information from multiple sources to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Exercise judgment in balancing customer experience, operational requirements, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend product or workflow improvements.
- Support the resolution of complex product, process, and customer challenges.
Collaborate and Influence
- Build relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and recommendations to varying audiences.
- Influence decisions through data, analysis, customer insights, and business rationale.
- Explain complex concepts and facilitate productive discussions among stakeholders with differing perspectives.
Product Performance and Optimization
- Establish success metrics and monitor performance against business objectives.
- Track product adoption, engagement, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
- Prioritize enhancements based on business value and measurable impact.
- Recommend improvements to support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
- Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
- Work Experience: 5 years of product management, digital commerce, or related digital experience
- Military Equivalency at
- Field of Study: Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Human-Computer Interaction
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and customer-facing web and mobile applications
- Experience working in agile product development environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe POPM)
