The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and effective solutions for members.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home.
• Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Act as a professional ambassador for the brand, ensuring member satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• A proactive attitude towards diverse daily challenges.
