Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Salesforce development skills and solid MuleSoft integration experience to support a large-scale Commercial Credit platform with 30+ enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development (60%) and MuleSoft integration (40%), with expertise in hands-on coding, enterprise architecture, and production troubleshooting.

Must-Have Skills:
✅ Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns
✅ MuleSoft: Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and API-led connectivity
✅ Salesforce and MuleSoft architecture
✅ REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
✅ SQL and data integration
✅ Informatica or other enterprise integration tools
✅ Production support, debugging, and root cause analysis
✅ Agile/SAFe methodology

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Salesforce developer with secondary expertise in MuleSoft

• Extensive hands-on coding experience, beyond administration or production support

• Experience designing, developing, and supporting complex enterprise integrations

• Strong understanding of end-to-end system architecture

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• Banking or financial services experience preferred

• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions is a plus
