The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, complete reporting, and maintain effective customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, embodying its values on every customer interaction.
• Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
