The Role

• Provide compassionate care to patients in critical conditions on an intensive care unit.
• Monitor and record all vital signs, coordinating with the medical team.
• Assist with invasive procedures and manage complex ventilator therapies.
• Implement preventative care strategies, wound management, and maintain aseptic techniques.
• Respond to acute patient deteriorations and participate in emergency training.
• Develop and update individual patient care plans and ensure accurate documentation.

What You'll Need

• Certified as a Healthcare and Nursing professional or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Extensive experience working in intensive care units.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and organized manner.
• Strong team-playing abilities and a proactive attitude.
• A valid driver's license.
