Senior Associate | PE | Tax

Job DescriptionOur client is a financial services firm.

They seek a Senior Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Analyze financial and tax information and prepare supporting schedules for fund, investment, and corporate tax reporting\n Review investor tax reporting packages for accuracy and completeness before distribution\n Coordinate with external tax advisors on federal, state, and international tax filings and related compliance matters\n Monitor tax deadlines, required filings, and payment obligations to ensure timely completion\n Maintain tax basis records across individual investors and related entities\n Calculate preliminary tax estimates and applicable entity-level tax payments\n Review annual international tax and information reporting requirements for accuracy and completeness\n Manage investor tax package distribution and maintain accurate investor demographic and tax documentation\n Support the development and documentation of tax policies, procedures, and internal controls\n Respond to tax inquiries, regulatory notices, audits, and investor information requests in coordination with internal and external stakeholders\n\n\nRequirements\n\n 5-7 years of PE tax experience\n Big 4 or National experience preferred\n Asset management or alternative investment experience\n Excellent communication skills\n Detail-oriented and highly analytical\n CPA preferred\n\n\nJobID: 48477
