Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI.

The candidate should also have strong custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript, along with experience in Power Platform DevOps, data integration, Azure services, and application lifecycle management.

Strong communication skills are required to effectively participate in both technical discussions and business requirements sessions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and migrating Power Platform solutions

• Strong experience with:

  • Power Apps

  • Canvas Apps

  • Model-Driven Apps

  • Power Automate / Flow

  • Power BI

  • Power Pages

  • Dataverse

• 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript

• 2+ years of Power Platform DevOps experience

• 3+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse and/or Azure Data Factory

• Experience with Power Platform customization, configuration, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and integration

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and SPFx

• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator

• Experience defining and implementing Power Platform governance standards

• Experience working within an Agile SDLC environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.

• Develop and configure Power Automate workflows and business process automation solutions.

• Create and maintain Power Pages for internal and external-facing web applications.

• Build enterprise solutions utilizing Dataverse and other Microsoft Power Platform services.

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

• Analyze business challenges and translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.

• Create application mockups, prototypes, technical designs, and solution documentation.

• Customize and extend Power Platform applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, APIs, and related technologies.

• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot Power Platform application and environment issues and coordinate fixes with system administrators and IT teams.

• Develop reusable solution designs for common business use cases.

• Support DevOps, CI/CD, Power Platform Pipelines, and application lifecycle management processes.

• Perform and support data integration and migration activities using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.

• Create technical documentation, requirements documents, recommendations, and platform usage guidelines.

• Define and enhance governance practices for Microsoft Power Platform.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, business analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Participate throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
