Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: Midtown, NYC (Expected onsite 2-3 days per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with approximately 20–25% coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development teams and mentor engineers.
• Oversee onshore/offshore development resources.
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Lead code reviews, technical design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile/SDLC environment.
• Support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure best practices for Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.
• REST/SOAP integrations.
• Agile/SDLC, Jira, source control, and testing methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
