Detailed Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will serve as the core driver of execution and strategy for critical business lines, ranging from high-velocity consumer trading tools and automated compliance platforms to next-generation onchain Web3 wallets. You will operate with high autonomy, taking highly ambiguous problems and translating them into concrete, shippable features alongside an elite cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists
Own the Backlog & Execution: Act as the ultimate orchestrator of the team's sprint cycle. Write crystal-clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), draft precise user stories, map dependencies, and prioritize the product backlog based on strict business ROI
Drive High Velocity & Dogfooding: Lead daily scrums and iterative product development phases. Establish rigorous "dogfooding" (internal alpha/beta testing) processes to ensure extreme reliability before public rollouts
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central glue between engineering, product design, marketing, and legal. Partner deeply with compliance and risk teams to design products that safely navigate strict global financial regulations
Experimentation & Analytics: Build data dashboards to identify user drop-off points. Run high-velocity A/B tests across the product lifecycle (e.g., user onboarding, KYC flows, and transaction funnels) to increase customer retention and conversion rates.
Leverage Frontier Tech: Responsibly integrate Generative AI tools directly into your daily workflows and product surfaces to maximize self-service automation and operational efficiency
