Software development company seeks a Human Resources Specialist to provide operational support.

Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process through developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and monitoring candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage operational guides and update information as necessary.
Regularly address general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Administer and support the performance review process.
Communicate with senior leadership and collaborate on system and process improvements.
Maintain accuracy of internal data and manage human resources information systems.
Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
Ability to innovate and think creatively.
Understanding of standard HR practices and strategies.
Strong computer and software skills and experience with HR platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Paycom, and Lattice.

Requirements

Previous experience in human resources, people and operations, or recruiting.

Salary

$65,000 - $70,000
