Job Description

Sager Electronics seeks a Senior Manager Talent Strategy to lead enterprise talent initiatives supporting our fast-growing wholesale electronics business. In this role, you will design and drive talent strategies across workforce planning, leadership development, and succession to ensure we have the right skills in place to serve OEM and industrial customers. Partnering closely with executives and HR, you will enhance performance management, learning, and engagement programs while using data and talent analytics to guide decisions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape culture, build capabilities, and support long-term growth in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise talent strategy aligned to business and growth goals
  • Lead workforce planning, succession, and organizational design initiatives
  • Build and manage leadership development and high-potential programs
  • Own talent acquisition strategy and employer branding for key roles
  • Define talent metrics, dashboards, and analytics to guide decisions
  • Partner with executives and HR to drive culture, engagement, and DEIOptimize onboarding, performance management, and career frameworks
  • Collaborate with operations and sales leaders to forecast talent needs
