Job Description

Lead Business Process Consultant 

Introduction:

The Lead BPC EA is a key role in the Tx/SPM workflow, responsible for providing expert Enterprise Architecture support, running workshops, documenting stories, and providing advisory guidance to the team. This role plays a critical part in defining and aligning current processes towards improvement and aligning with ServiceNow leading practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Run workshop sessions to gather requirements and align processes
  • Document stories and user stories for the team
  • Demonstrate solutions and provide advisory support
  • Provide prescriptive EA guidance and push back on poor requirements
  • Simplify workflows and create user stories
  • Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes towards improvement
  • Advise the Product Owner(s) on story creation, ranking, and future roadmap plans

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • CSA certification
  • EA (APM) certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience in leading workshop sessions
  • Ability to provide advisory support and guidance
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles
  • Experience with aligning processes towards improvement
