The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Partner to support operations across Queensland. Based in Brisbane, this is a hands-on role where you'll partner with frontline and operational leaders, provide practical safety advice and help drive improvements across a diverse, multi-site environment. You'll be part of a collaborative national SHW team with a strong focus on critical risk, leadership capability, psychosocial safety and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with leaders to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes
  • Coach frontline leaders to build safety capability and ownership
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, inspections and critical control reviews
  • Lead incident and hazard investigations
  • Support regulator reporting and legislative compliance
  • Analyse safety trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Deliver SHW initiatives, training and improvement programs across QLD sites
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in WHS/OHS or related discipline
  • Around 5+ years' relevant safety experience
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
  • Experience supporting complex, operational or multi-site environments
  • Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills
  • Healthcare, community services, warehousing, distribution or logistics experience highly regarded
  • ICAM, ISO 45001 auditing or Cert IV TAE advantageous
