Hunter Subaru is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused
Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you'll represent a brand known for reliability, safety, innovation, and adventure while providing customers with a professional and personalized buying experience.

Customer Experience & Sales
Welcome customers and create a friendly and professional sales experience. Learn about each customer's needs, preferences, and budget. Help customers find the Subaru vehicle that best fits their lifestyle. Conduct test drives and answer customer questions. Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery. Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and referral business. Participate in ongoing sales and product training. Team & Performance
Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, and Parts departments.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate customer information and follow CRM processes. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust.
