Service Insights Lead: Turn Data into Action

UniSuper Limited is seeking a Service Reporting & Insights Lead to orchestrate reporting, analytics and insights across the Service & Experience division in Melbourne. You will translate business questions into reporting solutions and partner with leaders to drive action and improved member outcomes.

You'll transform complex data into clear narratives, design dashboards and analytics frameworks, and work closely with the Data Office to enhance data quality and self-service reporting.
