Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner, Product Analyst or Business Analyst to join a technology team delivering innovative products within the insurance industry.<br />Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years experience working in the Insurance sector.<br />You'll act as the link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape requirements and deliver products through Agile development.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements and user stories.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
• Support sprint planning, reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain business and system processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate client feedback to technical teams.
• Maintain the product roadmap.<br />Experience Required
• 3+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of product life cycles and Agile ceremonies.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.<br />About You
