Job Description

About the Job

We are partnering with an elite boutique consultancy specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for Financial Services clients.

We’re looking for a motivated Anaplan Consultant (1–3 years of hands-on experience) who is passionate about building elegant, high-impact models and is committed to continuous growth in the Anaplan space. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a close-knit, high-trust environment and wants to develop their career at a genuine boutique firm where culture, autonomy, and mastery matter.

This role is primarily remote or hybrid - London based

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models end-to-end — from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Translate complex business processes into scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, and operations teams) to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
  • Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences that drive adoption
  • Champion Anaplan best practices, data governance, model performance, and ongoing optimization
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and knowledge transfer
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base, accelerators, and pre-sales activities as the practice grows

Key Skills, Experience & Attitudes

  • 1–3 years of practical Anaplan Model Builder / implementation experience
  • Strong interest in financial services (FP&A, cost allocations, profitability, or planning processes is a big plus)
  • Solid understanding of Anaplan platform capabilities — lists, modules, formulas, imports/exports, and integrations
  • Experience working in client-facing environments with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with stakeholders
  • Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of their work
  • Genuine desire to continuously deepen Anaplan expertise and grow with a boutique firm
  • Strong cultural fit: collaborative, humble, intellectually curious, and committed to doing great work without ego

We strongly value culture fit - our team is small by design so that every person has a real voice and impact. We work hard, support each other, and celebrate both technical mastery and personal growth.

Package & Benefits

  • Competitive market-leading compensation (base + bonus)
  • Clear career pathway with dedicated mentoring and certification support to help you advance as an Anaplan expert
  • True boutique experience: flat structure, meaningful projects, and a culture that values quality, trust, and work-life balance

If you’re an Anaplan practitioner eager to level up your skills at a specialized, client-centric firm that genuinely invests in its people, we encourage you to apply.
