Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead/Architect for a remote engagement.
- Key requirement: Minimum 2 full Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as Technical Lead
- Skills: HCM technical architecture, data migration, integrations, OIC/OCI, APIs/middleware, reporting, environments, security, testing, cutover and deployment.
- Responsibilities: Lead the technical track, interface with client/offshore teams, drive technical readiness, integration/data validation, testing cycles, security POCs and production cutover.
