Sr. Retail Project Manager- Fluent in Spanish

Top Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within retail and/or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology and business transformation projects while collaborating with global teams. This individual must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with stakeholders across North America.

Responsibilities

o   Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closeout.

o   Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

o   Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

o   Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive-level communications.

o   Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

o   Coordinate technology implementations, system upgrades, ERP initiatives, infrastructure projects, and business process improvements.

o   Partner with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and resource requirements.

o   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

o   Support organizational change management, user adoption, and training activities.

o   Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with domestic and international stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

o   Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

o   7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.

o   Experience within retail and/or manufacturing organizations.

o   Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

o   Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

o   Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

o   Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

o   Experience presenting project updates to executive leadership.

o   Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.

o   Experience leading digital transformation, supply chain, manufacturing operations, retail systems, POS, warehouse management, or distribution projects.
