We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technician to join a leading UK automotive assistance provider with a legacy of over 125 years of innovation and member trust. The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your workday from home, managing your own schedule and routes.
• Be a proud ambassador for a trusted and iconic automotive brand.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• Willingness to embrace a varied and fast-paced work environment.
