Krankenpflegehelfer/in (m/w/d) im Patienten- und Begleittransport | Radeberg, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated nursing assistant to support patient care and transportation within a leading university hospital renowned for its cutting-edge medical services and commitment to patient well-being. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless patient journeys and contributing to the overall efficiency of hospital operations. The Role • Support the best possible patient care in close collaboration with certified nursing staff. • Plan, execute, and document basic care and assist with therapeutic measures under supervision. • Recognize and assess emergency situations and initiate first aid measures according to protocol. • Continuously monitor patients, identify their needs, and communicate observations to the care team. • Organize and assist with patient transport and handovers, ensuring patient safety is paramount. What You'll Need • Completed at least one-year vocational training in a medical-nursing or social profession (e.g., emergency medical technician, nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant). • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant laws and regulations (e.g., narcotics law, data protection law). • Recognition of related professions or roles with comparable profiles is also accepted. • Possession of a valid professional license to practice the relevant activity.
