The Role

• Provide empathetic and professional patient care in treatment rooms.
• Actively support physicians with examinations and treatments as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and follow up on consultations, ensuring all organizational aspects are handled.
• Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Perform accurate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a licensed nurse.
• Prior experience in a general internal medicine practice is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical software such as Profimed and Doctolib.
• A self-directed, conscientious work ethic with a strong focus on patient orientation and service.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
