Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong automation testing experience, expertise in API testing, and hands-on knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices. Candidates should have experience leading QA teams and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Karate.
  • Develop automation scripts using JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Create and execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure test coverage, test documentation, and timely project delivery.
