Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, residential, and channel clients, and monitor market trends to support strategic growth. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing and customization options, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
  • Account management and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing corporate or channel partners.
  • Market research and analytical skills to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product customization with client requirements.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical, AV, office infrastructure, or related product segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Comfort working independently on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness for client visits and local travel as needed.
