Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Sales Manager with a strong track record of selling IT services, digital transformation, and technology solutions to healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic relationships with healthcare providers, payers, life sciences companies, and healthcare technology organizations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for IT services, digital transformation, cloud solutions, data analytics, AI/ML, and application development projects.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Expand and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales/business development experience in IT services or consulting.
