Position: Senior Business Development Manager US Market

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional based in the United States to
expand our presence in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, developing relationships with steel fabricators and construction companies,
and generating structural steel detailing projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the structural steel industry, excellent
networking skills, and a proven ability to generate and close B2B service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US structural steel industry.
Build relationships with Steel Fabricators, General Contractors, Structural Engineers, and EPC
companies.
Generate RFQs and project enquiries for structural steel detailing and BIM services.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
Understand client project requirements and coordinate with the India delivery team for
proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience within the structural steel,
construction, engineering, or AEC industry (A Sales person from allied industries like Paint
(Industrial use), Fasteners (bolt & Nuts), Steel Sales (Ex Nucor, other steel distributors)
welding electrode distributors, or CAD Software sales personals are also okay.
Strong network within the US construction and structural steel market.
Experience selling engineering services, steel detailing, BIM, or related technical services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with or selling services to:
Structural Steel Fabricators
Structural Engineering Consultants
Miscellaneous Steel Fabricators
Industrial Construction Companies
Commercial Construction Companies
Design Build Companies
EPC Contractors
Experience with steel detailing companies or engineering outsourcing firms will be an added
advantage.
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of the US construction industry.
Understanding of structural steel detailing workflows. (We can train them too with required
resources and knowledge.)
Ability to interpret construction drawings and project requirements.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of industry software such as Tekla Structures, SDS/2, AutoCAD, or BIM workflows will be
an advantage.
