Workday HRIS Consultant - insurance and financial services industry,

7-10 years’ experience as HRIS consultant required. 

Strong prior Workday experience

Proficient in seven or more of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off and Leave, Worker data, Onboarding), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.

Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
