They are seeking a dedicated Senior Client Accountant with comprehensive end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping expertise to join their collaborative team. The Role • Provide full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting services to clients. • Deliver financial reporting and analysis, offering actionable recommendations. • Manage daily client bookkeeping, including A/R, A/P, sales, credit, and disbursements. • Perform monthly reconciliations for vendor, bank, and credit card statements. • Process and post client payroll and manage balance sheet accounts. • Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and tax compliance documentation. What You'll Need • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience. • Proven experience supporting Home Services businesses (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). • Exceptional proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills. • Experience managing billable hours and end-to-end transactional bookkeeping. • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Strong financial reporting and analysis capabilities, with proficiency in AI-enabled tools.
