They are seeking a collaborative, self-starting Senior Accountant with extensive end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping experience. The Role • Provide full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting services to clients. • Perform financial reporting and analysis, offering recommendations to clients. • Manage daily client bookkeeping, including A/R, A/P, Sales, CR, and Disbursements. • Conduct monthly reconciliations for vendor, bank, and credit card statements. • Process and post client payroll. • Assist with month-end closing reporting and processing, as well as tax compliance documentation and preparation. What You'll Need • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience. • Proven experience supporting businesses within the Home Services sector (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). • Exceptional proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups). • Experience with billable hours and end-to-end transactional bookkeeping. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Comfort and proficiency with AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
