Capital Market Trade Lead-BPS

• Candidates with experience supporting Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management businesses and exposure to client-facing delivery engagements will be highly preferred.
• The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients to drive solution design, implementation, and adoption while ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions leveraging Data Lakes, Data Pipelines, and modern integration frameworks.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.
• Define and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs), implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Drive ETL/ELT design, data transformation, data mapping, and integration activities across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and support API integrations, data ingestion processes, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience working with Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Investment Management data ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled data engineering solutions and cloud-native architecture frameworks

Criteria:

• 9+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, or Technology Consulting roles.
• Experience leading large-scale client-facing implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, solutioning, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience with investment management data domains such as Capital Calls, Distributions, GP/LP Reporting, and Fund Operations.
• Exposure to OpenAI-powered solutions, AI-assisted data engineering, or modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
