Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Pune, India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead a client operations and reporting team by demonstrating expertise in client performance metrics and reporting standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with BNY’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve client service delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability in client operations.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Drive innovation in reporting processes by integrating new technologies and methodologies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in Finance or operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
