The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and execute data-based insights and strategies to enhance sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating "total office" account management.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover and prioritize unique opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical and regulatory guidelines, including company policies and FDA regulations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience.
• Proven ability to effectively promote products and drive sales performance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
• Must live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% domestically.
