Residential HVAC Sales Consultant

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential HVAC Sales professional to drive in-home comfort solutions for homeowners. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC comfort consultations with residential customers
• Assess existing systems and customer needs to recommend solutions
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options
• Explain financing, warranties, and energy-efficiency benefits
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referrals
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products and codes
