Sr Program Manager :: Maplewood, MN (Only Locals required)

Job Title:  Sr Program Manager

Location: Maplewood, MN

Duration: 6 Months +

Note: 4 days per week on site, 1 remote

Skills:    

• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs with multiple projects underneath.
• Ability to coordinate project activities through influential leadership to project workstream leaders, client''s internal and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, tailored to different levels of organization (scrum Teams, product owners, project leadership, IT senior leadership, client''s Business & Operations stakeholders).
• Large FinTech transformation program experience.
• Ability to synthetize projects progress and escalate risks when necessary.
• Flexible to navigate multiple time zones on a weekly basis.
• Experience working with global teams and team members in different time zones
• Waterfall and Agile methodology knowledge.
• Applications knowledge, such as but not limited to Atlassian Jira, Tricentis qTest, Microsoft applications.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Education:         

Minimum required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Additional education plus:

• Master’s degree such as MBA, MS in Finance, MS in Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP
• Agile Methodology
