Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Onsite - Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Duration: 8 Months plus

Required skills:

• Must be a Certified PMP with a minimum of seven years of project management experience.
• A minimum of seven years communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff.
• A minimum of seven years with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams.
• A minimum of seven years developing project plans.
• A minimum of seven years with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team.
• A minimum of seven years tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules (including work breakdown structures).
• A minimum of five years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking.
• A minimum of five years of experience with delivering projects as per agreed schedule, as per the current technical specification (within scope), and within the approved budget.
• A minimum of seven years with meeting facilitation and documentation.
• A minimum of seven years in at least two of the following tools: HP Project Portfolio Management, Microsoft Project, Cherwell Software – IT Management Enterprise, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, or Microsoft Word.
• A minimum of seven years in communications development and planning.
• A minimum of seven years identifying, analyzing, and documenting policies, processes, and procedures using use case process documents, workflow diagrams, and drafting of standard operating procedures.
• A minimum of five years gathering, drafting, and prioritizing requirements.
• A minimum of five years with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing test scripts, testing methodologies, and documentation.
• A minimum of five years drafting functional and technical specifications.
• A minimum of five years of technical writing experience including drafting of project documents, reports, and user guides for a variety of stakeholders.
• A minimum of five years with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upon execution of the purchase order, provide a Project Management Professional (PMP) as directed by the Department. Ensure the PMP is able to work onsite in the location
• As directed by the Department, schedule and facilitate meetings, which includes but is not limited to preparing agendas and meeting minutes by documenting tasks, identify issues, and identifying action items with assigning ownership and timeline.
• Draft use cases, process maps, and standard operating procedures, as directed by the Department.
• Draft design documentation, as directed by the Department.
• Deliver training to users, as directed by the Department.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization as assigned by the Department.
• Perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist team members as directed by the Department.
• Draft functional and technical specifications as directed by the Department.
• Develop test cases, test plans, and conduct UAT as directed by the Department.
• Facilitate UAT with the team members as directed by the Department.
• As directed by the Department, write specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, and traceable (SMART) business requirements in a format which includes role or persona, the need, and the outcome.
• As directed by the Department, draft and maintain project documents (including but not limited to project charters, project plans, status reports, and schedules) related to projects being managed.
• Gather data, conduct data analysis, and create dashboards and reports as directed by the Department.
• As directed by the Department, correspond (verbally and in written formats) with Department project teams and other stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.
• This project manager may also assist with other FCDS related program initiatives.
• The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document.
