Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Schools contract – Bristol – Up to £42,000 + Vehicle + Package CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across four sites in Bristol.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch in Bristol. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer who is keen to progress.

In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a strong route into further career progression.

Hot &amp; cold)<br />Maintain and update Log books<br />Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.<br />Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.<br />Be proactive to ensure all H&amp;S issues are reported/escalated as required.<br />Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.<br />Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.<br />Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.<br />Requirements Electrically qualified - City &amp; Guilds Level 2&amp;3<br />City &amp; Guilds - 18th Edition<br />A proven track record in commercial building maintenance<br />Multi-skilled<br />Good communication skills<br />Client Facing<br />Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role<br />Must be able to work unsupervised to a high qualityPlease send your CV to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role
