Must come from a large enter[rose / fast paced / complex environment
She needs someone can has solid exp as a SF PO and PM
Supporting Commercial Medicare and Medicaid.
Must have HC exp. Ideally Medicaid exp
Must be able to work with Devs; Archs; stakeholders and Senior Leadership
Would like someone who started as a BA then worked their way up to a PO and PM. She does not want a current BA for this role.
Must be able to write requirements for APIS
Must have a Salesforce Certification (this is a MUST! Please do not send candidates that do not have an active SF cert)
Must be located in EST or CST.
Work EST hours
Medicare / Medicaid exp a plus
Must be able to communicate with the Architects and Biz
HEALTHCLOUD EXP is required

DataCloud Exp a huge plus

Job Description

Experience

·        8-10+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager experience.

·        Experience leading SAFe, Agile/Scrum product delivery initiatives.

·        Experience gathering requirements and managing backlogs for enterprise applications. Experience creating the roadmap. Gathering requirements for Salesforce application, gathering requirements for backend web services, microservices, API''s, data mapping from source system to web service and webservices to Salesforce.

·        Healthcare payer experience, including Claims, Operations in Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial business domain experience.

·        Experience driving UAT, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery. Able to demo the Salesforce application, training end users to use the application

Technical Knowledge

·        Salesforce Health Cloud experience.

·        Experience with API-based integrations and microservices architectures.

·        Understanding of data mapping, transformation rules, and system integration requirements.

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns.

·        Knowledge of workflow management, business rules engines, routing, and automation solutions.

Business Skills

·        Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation capabilities.

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·        Ability to translate complex business needs into Epics, Features and User Stories.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Salesforce certifications.

·        Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. Data Cloud experience a plus but not required.

·        Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, inventory management, or workflow orchestration solutions.

·        SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
