We're seeking dedicated SEN/SEND Tutors for a leading educational support organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs. This is an opportunity to join a community that values flexible, creative, and trauma-informed approaches to education.

The Role

• Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering tailored tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress and report on lesson outcomes.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to a mission of raising educational standards for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance available if needed) and professional references.
• The right to work in the UK.
