Virtual Sales Enterprise Territory Manager

Baxter seeks a Virtual Territory Manager for California to promote medication delivery, pharma, and nutrition products to acute-care hospitals. The role involves building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving quota across a diverse portfolio while working remotely.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales quotas across Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy product lines
Execute sales strategies and business plans to meet volume, mix, and profit targets
Contact acute-care hospital customers and deliver product presentations and education
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while optimizing GPO contracts
Provide market insights and feedback to management and cross-functional teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years sales experience or 4+ years relevant industry experience
Preferred clinical or science background
Proven sales performance with strong team orientation and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Data analysis skills to inform and support sales strategies
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot)
Willingness to travel 15-20% for customer visits
Compensation:
$60,000-$82,500 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
