Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Own and prioritize the implementation backlog, translating business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
2. Coordinate financial, operational, customer, and reference data onboarding, integration activities, data mapping, quality validation, and issue resolution.
3. Partner with business, technology, data engineering, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to manage requirements, dependencies, implementation priorities, and delivery timelines.
4. Lead and support UAT, defect prioritization, analytics validation, production readiness, release planning, and transition to steady-state operations.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, data integration, or analytics implementations.
Technical Skills	Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Data Integration, Data Mapping, ETL Processes, API Integration, Data Analytics & Reporting
Business / Domain Skills	Wealth Management, Brokerage & Financial Services, Financial Data & Reconciliation, Agile/Scrum & SAFe, UAT & Business Validation, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services, with knowledge of cash management, liquidity, deposits, or financial analytics.
2. Experience implementing third-party SaaS or analytics platforms involving APIs, ETL, file-based integrations, data governance, and data quality controls.
3. Experience with SSO/IAM initiatives and Agile certifications such as SAFe POPM or CSPO.
