The Role

• Respond to service calls, diagnosing and repairing electronic fire alarm systems and related building products.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on various manufacturers’ Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals to facilitate repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing building inefficiencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and potentially mentor junior team members.
• Identify and propose solutions, including upselling opportunities, to enhance facility efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Documented experience of 4+ years in low-voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational manuals.
• Familiarity with test equipment, multi-meters, digital analyzers, and commissioning devices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in challenging positions, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to maintain necessary licenses.
