The Role

• Build rapport with potential customers without engaging in cold calling.
• Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on appropriate coverage options.
• Convert insurance quotes into new policies.
• Utilize compassion and persuasion skills to guide customers through the sales process.
• Make an impact from the start in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

What You'll Need

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume call center setting.
• Must be able to commute to the office for training and on designated hybrid days.
