Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employee and client engagement events for manufacturing sites
• Support internal communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns
• Track participation metrics and prepare engagement reports
• Collaborate with HR and operations to support culture initiatives
• Maintain calendars, logistics, and vendor coordination for events
• Gather feedback and recommend improvements to engagement programs
• Assist with onboarding and orientation activities as needed
• Ensure alignment of engagement activities with company values and goals
