Job Description


Role : AWS Cloud Analyst Location: Erie, PA - Onsite Job type: Contract role
Responsibilities
  • Support AWS cloud operations and platform maintenance activities.
  • Triage and route requests from application teams.
  • Gather requirements and ask clarifying questions during intake.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide operational visibility.
  • Support governance, compliance, and operational controls.
  • Help prioritize incoming work and manage team backlogs.
  • Work with Agile/Kanban teams to support cloud services.
  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
Required Experience
  • Experience supporting AWS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with intake, triage, or operational support processes.
  • Reporting and dashboard creation experience.
  • Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments.

    Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
